Hier habe ich die seltene Gelegenheit, ein neues Team aufzubauen und die Transformation eines KRITIS-relevanten Rechenzentrumsnetzwerks hin zu einer modernen SDN-basierten Infrastruktur maßgeblich zu prägen.

Meine Aufgaben:

• Aufbau und Führung des Fachgebiets DC Network Services inklusive Rekrutierung, Personalentwicklung, Etablierung von Prozessen, Standards und einer leistungsstarken Teamkultur,
• Strategische Weiterentwicklung und Modernisierung des Data-Center-LANs durch Analyse der bestehenden Infrastruktur,
• Entwicklung einer Zielarchitektur und Roadmap sowie Einführung von Software-Defined Networking (SDN) und Automatisierung,
• Verantwortung für Betrieb, Sicherheit und Lifecycle-Management der Data-Center-Netzwerkinfrastruktur inklusive Kapazitätsplanung, Hochverfügbarkeit, Performance, Beschaffung, Lizenzierung, Patch-, Release- und Migrationsmanagement,
• Sicherstellung von KRITIS-, Compliance- und Sicherheitsanforderungen gemäß IT-Sicherheitsgesetz, BSI-KritisV, ISO 27001 und BSI-Grundschutz einschließlich Notfallvorsorge, Audits, Nachweisprüfungen und Krisenprozessen,
  Steuerung des Serviceportfolios und relevanter Stakeholder durch Weiterentwicklung der Network Services, Incident-, Problem- und Change-Management, Budgetverantwortung sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen, IT-Security und externen Dienstleistern.

Meine Kompetenzen: 

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit relevanter Berufserfahrung,
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Betrieb und der Weiterentwicklung von Data-Center-Netzwerken einschließlich Netzwerkarchitekturen, SDN und Infrastrukturmodernisierung,
• Fundiertes Verständnis von Netzwerk-, Compute- und Storage-Infrastrukturen sowie deren Lifecycle-Management,
• Erste Führungserfahrung und Begeisterung für den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung von Teams,
• Kenntnisse im IT-Service-Management sowie idealerweise im KRITIS- und IT-Sicherheitsumfeld,
• Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
