Als Technical Writer bin ich Teil des Teams, das unser Netzleitsystem der Zukunft aktiv mitgestaltet. 


Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Mein Job ist es, komplexe, technische Inhalte so aufzubereiten, dass sie einfach, klar und schnell verstanden werden – egal ob von System Operatoren, Entwickler*innen oder Support-Teams. Ich arbeite nah an den Projekten und Produkten, die die Energiewende in Deutschland und Europa ermöglichen. Dabei denke ich technische Dokumentation neu: weg vom statischen Handbuch, hin zu cloudbasierten Anwendungen und nativen Apps, die Informationen für Anwender*innen sofort, intuitiv und überall verfügbar machen. Wir arbeiten in der Digitalisierung der Systemführung an spannenden Projekten und Produkten der Zukunft, wie z.B. dem Modular Control Center System.


Meine Aufgaben

  • Gemeinsam mit Projekt- und Produktteams entwickle ich innovative Dokumentationsformate (z.B. über Native Apps oder Cloud Lösungen) für unser Netzleitsystem,
  • Erstellung, Überarbeitung und Strukturierung von Handbüchern, Release Notes, Bedienungsanleitungen und Online-Hilfen,
  • Redaktionelle Unterstützung und enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern (z.B. Systemführung, Projekt- und Produktteams, Betrieb, Entwickler*innen),
  • Komplexe, technische Sachverhalte für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen klar und praxisnah aufbereiten (u.a. System Operatoren, Datenpfleger, Incident/ Support Einheiten),
  • Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Standards, Templates und Terminologie,
  • Pflege und Modernisierung bestehender Dokumentationen (u.a. cloudbasiert, mit nativen Apps),
  • Mitarbeit an Wissensmanagement-Strukturen, z.B. Wikis oder Confluence-Bereichen,
  • Sicherstellung von Aktualität, Nachvollziehbarkeit sowie Einhaltung interner und externer Qualitätsvorgaben.

 

Meine Kompetenzen 

  • Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Kommunikation, technische Dokumentation oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (z. B. Technische Redaktion, Knowledge Management),
  • Technikaffinität und Lust, neue digitale Wege in der Dokumentation zu gehen – von Cloudlösungen bis zu nativen Apps,
  • Erste Erfahrung in der technischen Dokumentation, idealerweise (kein Muss) in den Branchen Erneuerbarer Energien, Energieversorger, Smart Grids & Netzautomatisierung,
  • Freude an Teamarbeit und Schnittstellenarbeit mit Projekt- und Produktteams,
  • Proaktiv und strukturiert – du behältst den Überblick und packst Dinge eigenständig an,
  • Kommunikativ und teamorientiert – du tauchst dich gerne aus und bringst deine Ideen ein,
  • Sehr gute Deutsch (C2) - und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2).

 

Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil

  • Erfahrung mit Dokumentationsstandards (z.B. IEC 61355, DIN EN 82079),
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Übersetzungsmanagement oder mit Content-Management-Systemen,
  • Grundkenntnisse in Visualisierung (z.B. Flowcharts, Infografiken, Diagramme),
  • Verständnis von Energiemanagementprozessen oder Stromnetzbetrieb.
