Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Die Kolleg*innen des Bereichs Offshore sind bei 50Hertz Möglichmacher*innen der Energiewende auf dem Meer. Im Team Projektenwicklung kann ich hier unmittelbar die Großprojekte bei der zeitlichen Planung und Realisierung unterstützen. In diesem Umfeld habe ich zugleich die Chance mein Know-how zum Projektmanagement in der Zusammenarbeit mit Spezialist*innen kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.
Meine Aufgaben:
- Erstellung und Pflege von Projektterminplänen zur Unterstützung der Projektleiter,
- Erstellung und Prüfung von Statusberichten in Bezug auf den Termin- und Kostenplan sowie dem Fortschritt bei unseren Lieferant*innen,
- Ableitung relevanter Informationen für die Projektfortschrittsberichte sowie Ressourcenplanung,
- Erstellung von Planungsstandards, -prozessen und -methoden,
- Proaktives Berichten der Terminplansituation an das Projektteam,
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Projektverantwortlichen zur Sicherstellung einer hohen Terminplanqualität,
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Risikomanagement- und Kostenplanungsfunktionen innerhalb des Projekts zur Verbesserung der Prognosen und des Risikomanagements.
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaftslehre o. ä.,
- Relevante Berufserfahrungen im Tätigkeitsfeld,
- Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office und Microsoft Project,
- Beherrschung der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift (mind. B2),
- Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit, Verlässlichkeit, Organisations- und Teamfähigkeit, idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit internationalen Teams,
- Leistungsbereitschaft und Qualitätsbewusstsein,
- Die Fähigkeit zur klaren, effektiven und regelmäßigen Kommunikation mit Teammitgliedern.
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Kenntnisse zu Primavera P6 sind hilfreich.
