In meiner Position verantworte ich sämtliche Assistenzaufgaben für die IT-Bereichsleitung und unterstützen auch darüber hinaus Führungskräfte und Teammitglieder, auch bei deren Planungs- und Reporting-Prozessen.
Meine Aufgaben:
- Planung und Organisation von Veranstaltungen und Besprechungen inkl. Besuchermanagement einschließlich Protokollerstellung sowie Koordination,
- Ansprechpartner*in für Anfragen und Auskünfte insbesondere für zeitwirtschaftliche Fragestellungen und Erfassung von Daten sowie Reisekostenabrechnung,
- On- und Offboarding in SAP Systemen,
- Telefonische und schriftliche Korrespondenz auf Deutsch und Englisch, insbesondere Koordination und Nachhaltung des Schriftverkehrs mit relevanten Stakeholdern einschließlich Nachhalten von Fristen,
- Terminkoordination und -überwachung einschließlich inhaltlicher Vor- und Nachbereitung, auch im Austausch mit anderen Bereichen,
- Verantwortung des Posteingangs und aller administrativer Aufgaben und Pflege der Ablage / Dokumentation,
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Einkauf des Unternehmens bei Beschaffungsvorgängen (SAP), einschließlich Abrechnung von Leistungen,
- Key User und Unterstützungsfunktion bei Prozessen und IT-Systemen,
- Sonderprojekte.
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung sowie einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld,
- Kenntnisse der Energiewirtschaft sind von Vorteil,
- Versierter Umgang mit MS Office und SAP-Kenntnisse,
- Innovativ, agil, pragmatisch und ergebnisorientiert,
- Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit und Teamfähigkeit,
- Ausgezeichnetes Kontakt- und Kommunikationsverhalten,
- Professioneller Umgang mit vertraulichen Unterlagen und Informationen,
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1).
Mein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und meine Teamfähigkeit werden meine Bewerbung besonders interessant machen.
