Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Als Business Analyst SAP PM (w/m/d) untersuche ich die Prozesse unserer Instandhaltung, treibe die digitale Transformation und wirke aktiv auf Vereinfachung hin, so unterstütze ich den erfolgreichen Betrieb unseres Stromnetzes. Ich arbeite mit agilen Methoden in einem interdisziplinären Produktteam und trage so dazu bei, dass die Mitarbeitenden im Netzbetrieb ihre Instandhaltungs- und Wartungstätigkeiten digital unterstützt effizient erledigen können.

Meine Aufgaben

  • Aufbereitung von Kundenanforderungen in Form von User Stories,
  • Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung unserer SAP-basierten Instandhaltungslösung,
  • Prozessoptimierung gemeinsam mit Prozesseigner*innen unter Berücksichtigung neuer SAP-Standards,
  • Dokumentation von Prozessen und Anforderungen sowie fachlicher Austausch mit den Bereichen,
  • Qualitätssicherung mit Fokus auf Benutzerfreundlichkeit,
  • Kommunikation und Schulung von Systemänderungen für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen.

Meine Kompetenzen 

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit relevanter Erfahrung oder Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation,
  • Erfahrung in der Instandhaltung und Wartung technischer Anlagen,
  • Kenntnisse in Prozessmodellierung und -verbesserung,
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und SAP PM,
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (min. B2).

Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:         

  • SAP PM Zertifizierung,
  • Erfahrung mit agilen Arbeitsmethoden (z. B. Scrum, Kanban),
  • Kenntnisse im IT-Projektmanagement.
