Ich steuere die Finanzen des Netzbetriebs und sorge mit meinen Analysen für eine stabile und zukunftsfähige Energieinfrastruktur.   


Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: 50Hertz engagiert sich seit langem für die Energiewende. Im Team Bereichssteuerung Netzbetrieb bin ich für das Controlling verantwortlich und steuere damit kaufmännisch alle Tätigkeiten im Netzbetrieb wie Wartung und Instandhaltung, Störungsbeseitigungen und Reinvestitionsprojekte. Meine Arbeit ist gleichermaßen die Grundlage für die Kurz- und Mittelfristplanung sowie für strategische Entscheidungen.


Meine Aufgaben

  • Planung, Prognosen und Steuerung der Budgets des Netzbetriebes,
  • Analyse finanzieller Einflussfaktoren sowie Bewertung von Handlungsoptionen,
  • Optimierung der Datenstruktur im SAP-System (S/4HANA),
  • Fachliche Anleitung von Kolleg*innen in den Regionalzentren und kontinuierliche Prozessverbesserung.


Meine Kompetenzen 

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (mind. Bachelor) in BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation,
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP S/4HANA, insbesondere in den Modulen CO, FI, MM, PM, PS,
  • Interesse an technischen Zusammenhängen im Netzbetrieb,
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit,
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen – auch gegenüber höheren Hierarchieebenen,
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel und MS Office,
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2).


Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil

  • Erfahrung mit Reporting-Tools wie Power BI,
  • Berufserfahrung im Projektcontrolling oder im technischen Umfeld.
