Ziel ist ein standardisiertes und gut durchdachtes Gesamtsystem, das über die gesamte Lebensdauer sicher und zuverlässig betrieben werden kann.
Meine Aufgaben:
- Führung eines Teams von internen und externen Mitarbeitenden mit der fachlichen Fokussierung Tief-, Stahlbau, Geotechnik und Bodenmanagement,
- Erarbeitung der technologischen Grundsätze, Konzepte, Planungen und Bauabläufe für Projekte zur Erweiterung und Erneuerung unseres Übertragungsnetzes,
- Einbringung des Know-Hows Ihres Teams in unseren größten Projekten, z.B. Kabeldiagonale Berlin, SüdOstLink und viele mehr.
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (Master, Diplom) z.B. Bauingenieurwesen, Bodenmanagement, Geotechnik oder einer vergleichbaren bautechnischen Studienrichtung,
- Kenntnisse des Bauwesens, vorzugsweise im Bau von Linienbauwerken der Hoch- oder Höchstspannung,
- Sprachen: sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2),
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit PC-Standardsoftware, insbesondere MS-Office.
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Drei Jahre disziplinarische Führungserfahrung oder Erfahrung in der Projektleitung komplexer Bauvorhaben,
- Erfahrungen zur Arbeit in komplexen Großprojekten,
- Kenntnisse zur konkreten technischen Umsetzung, z.B. im Bereich Technische Projektleitung, Engineering, Site-Management oder Inbetriebsetzung.
