Ich plane und begleite die Digitalisierungsmaßnahmen für unsere Projektbereiche und treibe die Digitalisierung bei 50Hertz voran.   


Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: 50Hertz treibt aktiv die Energiewende voran und will den Netzausbau schneller machen. Dabei sehen wir starkes und umfangreiches Potenzial in der Digitalisierung. Ich übernehme die zentrale Verantwortung bei der Auswahl und Priorisierung der Digitalisierungsmaßnahmen für unsere Projektbereiche und stelle eine effektive Nutzung der Ressourcen sicher, um maximale Wertschöpfung aus unseren Infrastrukturprojekten zu erzielen. Mit einer spannenden Mischung aus strategischer Planung, Blick auf technologische Innovation und interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit übernehme ich eine wichtige Rolle bei der Digitalisierung von 50Hertz.


Meine Aufgaben

  • Zentrale Rolle bei der Auswahl und Priorisierung von Digitalisierungsmaßnahmen, die mit den strategischen Zielen der Organisation übereinstimmen,
  • Optimierung der Ressourcenallokation zur Sicherstellung effektiver Umsetzung und Wirkung von Digitalisierungsmaßnahmen,
  • Beitrag zur Verbesserung der Effizienz und Effektivität der IT-Infrastruktur,
  • Überwachung der Durchführung von Digitalisierungsmaßnahmen, um sicherzustellen, dass sie im Zeit- und Budgetrahmen bleiben,
  • Koordination und Kommunikation mit verschiedenen Interessengruppen, um deren Erwartungen zu erfüllen und Unterstützung zu gewährleisten,
  • Ständige Auseinandersetzung mit neuen Technologien und Innovationen im IT-Bereich,
  • Förderung der digitalen Transformation innerhalb der Organisation und aktive Begleitung notwendiger Change-Prozesse.


Meine Kompetenzen 

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation,
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Portfoliomanagement oder in ähnlichen Bereichen,
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Projektmanagementmethoden und Projektmanagementtools (z.B. PRINCE2, PMI, Agile),
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten zur Analyse und Bewertung komplexer Sachverhalte,
  • Hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Organisationsfähigkeit,
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Koordinationsgeschick, Leistungsbereitschaft und Qualitätsbewusstsein,
  • Sprachen: sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift.


Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:

  • Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Portfoliomanagementsoftware ist von Vorteil,
  • Zertifizierung im Projektmanagement,
  • Erfahrung bei Planung und Umsetzung von Infrastrukturprojekten.
