Ich fokussiere die Neu- und Weiterentwicklung unserer HSEQ-Systeme und bin die erste Anlaufstelle für Digitalisierungsinitiativen in diesem Bereich.                        

Das macht den Job für mich interessant: Als Teil des Netzbetriebs kann ich mit meinem Engagement direkt dazu beitragen unsere betrieblichen Prozesse im Kontext des betrieblichen Gesundheitsschutzes, Arbeitssicherheit, Umweltschutz und Qualitätsmanagement kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln und so die Arbeit der Mitarbeitenden in der Fläche zu vereinfachen.

Meine Aufgaben

  • Zentrale*r Ansprechpartner*in für Digitalisierungsinitiativen im HSEQ-Umfeld,
  • Verantwortung für die digitale Unterstützung im Auditmanagement (HSEQ),
  • Übernahme von Rollen wie Projektleitung oder Anforderungsmanagement in IT-Projekten,
  • Sammlung, Analyse und Übersetzung von Anforderungen in technische Konzepte,
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Dokumentation von Fachprozessen,
  • Kommunikation von Systemanpassungen an relevante Stakeholder.

Meine Kompetenzen 

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Verfahrenstechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation,
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung oder Mitarbeit von IT-Projekten,
  • Kenntnisse in der Anforderungsanalyse im IT-Umfeld,
  • Fachliche Kenntnisse in mindestens einem HSEQ-Bereich: Arbeitssicherheit, Gesundheitsschutz, Umweltschutz oder Qualitätsmanagement,
  • Grundkenntnisse in SAP S/4HANA, Fiori oder vergleichbaren ERP-Systemen,
  • Kommunikationsstärke und strukturierte Arbeitsweise,
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2).

Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:

  • Erfahrung in der Einführung neuer IT-Systeme oder Funktionalitäten,
  • Erfahrung in der Organisation und Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen,
  • Kenntnisse in SAP-Modulen wie QM, PM, EHS oder MM,
  • Erfahrung mit Energiemanagementsystemen.
