Das macht den Job für Sie interessant: Mit Ihrer Erfahrung oder Ihrem Interesse im Bereich Finanzierungen, Kapitalmarkt- und Bankenrecht stellen Sie die eigenständige Beratung des Unternehmens im Bereich Finanzierungen und Kapitalmarktrecht sicher.
Meine Aufgaben:
- Rechtliche Begleitung des Finanzierungsprogramms der deutschen Muttergesellschaft,
- Rechtliche Begleitung Gesellschafterdarlehen,
- Rechtliche Beratung bei der Begebung von Anleihen, Namensschuldverschreibungen und Kreditverträgen,
- Rechtliche Begleitung der Entwicklung neuer Finanzierungsinstrumente,
- Rechtliche Beratung und Begleitung weiterer zivilrechtlicher Verträge,
- Steuerung externer Rechtsanwaltskanzleien.
Meine Kompetenzen:
- 1. und 2. juristische Staatsprüfung (mindestens befriedigend oder besser),
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finanzierungen, Kapitalmarkt-, Bankenrecht bzw. Interesse daran von Vorteil,
- Sehr gute englische Sprachkenntnisse (C1) in Wort und Schrift,
- Bereitschaft und Interesse, sich bei Bedarf in neue Rechtsgebiete einzuarbeiten,
- Schnelligkeit und Effizienz bei der Einarbeitung in neue und komplexe Fragestellungen,
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Team- und Integrationsfähigkeit,
- Gute sprachliche Ausdrucks- und Präsentationsfähigkeit,
- Systematische und selbständige Arbeitsweise sowie Verantwortungs- und Entscheidungsbereitschaft.
