Das macht den Job interessant: Der Ausbau der Stromnetze im Zuge der Energiewende wird von aufwändigen Genehmigungs- und Planfeststellungsverfahren begleitet.

 


Ihr Aufgabenprofil:

 

Mit Ihrer Erfahrung im Planungs- und Genehmigungsrecht und mit Ihrer Fähigkeit, sich in die Perspektive anderer verfahrensbeteiligter Parteien zu versetzen, stellen Sie die rechtliche Beratung von Genehmigungs- und Planfeststellungsverfahren, insbesondere im Fachplanungs-, Umwelt- und Immissionsschutzrecht sicher. 

 

Ihr pragmatischer Rat bei der Suche nach rechtssicheren Lösungen für rechtliche Risiken in komplexen Verwaltungsverfahren onshore und offshore ist gefragt. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit den an den Verfahren und Projekten beteiligten Fachbereichen des Unternehmens zusammen und stimmen sich mit Ihren Kolleg*innen der Rechtsabteilung zu grundlegenden Rechtsfragen und Strategien ab. Sie zeigen Verantwortungs- und Entscheidungsbereitschaft. Ebenso unterstützen Sie uns mit Ihrer systematischen und selbstständigen Arbeitsweise bei der Implementierung neuer Gesetze im Bereich des Planungs- und Umweltrechts.  

 

Bei Bedarf arbeiten Sie sich schnell und effizient in neue Rechtsgebiete und komplexe Fragestellungen ein. Gleichzeitig steuern Sie externe Rechtsanwaltskanzleien. Die 50Hertz Transmission GmbH unterstützt Sie bei einem Antrag auf Zulassung als Syndikusrechtsanwalt/-anwältin.

 


Ihr Kompetenzprofil: 

 

  • 1. und 2. juristische Staatsprüfung (mindestens ein Prädikat),
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich mit Bezug zum Planungsrecht ist wünschenswert,
  • Sehr gute englische Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift,
  • Bereitschaft, sich bei Bedarf in neue Rechtsgebiete einzuarbeiten,
  • Schnelligkeit und Effizienz bei der Einarbeitung in neue und komplexe Fragestellungen,
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Team- und Integrationsfähigkeit,
  • Gute sprachliche Ausdrucks- und Präsentationsfähigkeit,
  • Systematische und selbständige Arbeitsweise sowie Verantwortungs- und Entscheidungsbereitschaft.
