Übernehmen Sie bei uns in der Unternehmensentwicklung die Gestaltung und Realisierung von übergreifenden Projekten.
Konkret beinhaltet Ihre Aufgabe folgende Schwerpunkte:
- Operationalisierung der Strategie zur Sicherstellung der Umsetzung,
- Sie entwickeln Narrative mit Hilfe von Data Storytelling zur kommunikativen Untersetzung der Strategie und unserem Nachhaltigkeitsprogramm ACT NOW,
- Sie entwickeln Konzepte zur Weiterentwicklung der internen Governance von Datentransparenz-Prozessen,_
- Durchführung oder Unterstützung von Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Geschäftsmodells,
- Aufbau und Pflege eines branchenübergreifenden Netzwerks.
Ihr Kompetenzprofil:
- Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Master oder Diplom) in den Bereichen Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Kommunikationswissenschaften, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder vergleichbarer Studienrichtungen,
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem strategisch bzw. kommunikativ geprägten Umfeld (z.B. Beratung, Unternehmensentwicklung, Strategie, Marktforschung). Idealerweise bringen Sie Erfahrungen als Projektleiterin mit,
- Hohe Daten- bzw. IT-Affinität,
- Hohe strategische Methodenkompetenz in den Bereichen Problemanalyse, Konzeption und Data Storytelling,
- Sie sind kommunikationsstark, besitzen eine hohe Teamfähigkeit und legen kompetentes Auftreten an den Tag,
- Sie sind es gewohnt, sich schnell in wechselnde und anspruchsvolle Themengebiete einzuarbeiten, verfügen über eine rasche Auffassungsgabe und gehen produktiv mit Unsicherheiten und Ambivalenzen um,
- Überzeugendes Auftreten gegenüber allen Hierarchieebenen inkl. sicherer C-Level Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch.
