Hier arbeite ich direkt an innovativen technischen Lösungen für die Spannungshaltung im Höchstspannungsnetz und trage damit entscheidend zur Energiewende bei.         

Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: 50Hertz, als Teil der europäischen Elia Group, steht im Zentrum der Energiewende und bietet mir die Möglichkeit, aktiv an der Umsetzung von zukunftsweisenden Energieprojekten mitzuwirken. Im Team arbeite ich als Teilprojektleiter*in Konverter unmittelbar an der Implementierung innovativer technischer Lösungen für das HVDC-Konverter-System im Rahmen des Projektes Ostwind 4. Dabei habe ich die Gelegenheit, mein Know-how stetig weiterzuentwickeln und in der Zusammenarbeit mit Spezialist*innen zu wachsen. 

Meine Aufgaben: 

  • Verantwortung für die Teilprojektabwicklung des HVDC-Konverter-Systems von der Vergabe bis zur Inbetriebnahme,
  • HSE und Qualitätssicherung, 
  • Zentraler Ansprechpartner*in für alle technischen, rechtlichen und kommerziellen Belange des Konverters, 
  • Aufbau und fachliche Leitung des Teams und der untergeordneten Teilprojekte, um den Konverter gemäß der Programmziele zu errichten, 
  • Steuerung des Teilprojektes hinsichtlich Zeit, Qualität und Budget, 
  • Koordination der Auslegung und Systemanforderungen mit relevanten internen und externen Stakeholdern. 

Meine Kompetenzen: 

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Master / Diplom) in Elektrotechnik, Elektrische Energietechnik oder vergleichbar, 
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Hoch- und Höchstspannungstechnik AC und DC, insbesondere Blindleistungskompensationsanlagen und Konvertertechnik, 
  • Erfahrung in der Projektleitung oder Inbetriebsetzung für vergleichbare Leistungsinhalte, 
  • Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens B2), 
  • Starke Organisations-, Durchsetzungs-, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit. 

Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil: 

  • Erfahrung im Bereich HVDC-Plattformen oder in der Energiewirtschaft, 
  • Zusätzliche Zertifikate oder Qualifikationen im Projektmanagement.
