Als Teil des SAP-Teams berate ich unsere internen Kund*innen im Hinblick auf Implementierung neuer und Optimierung bestehender HR-Prozesse in SAP und sorge für eine kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung.    


Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: 50Hertz engagiert sich seit langem für die Energiewende. Im SAP-Team kann ich daran arbeiten, die digitale Transformation im Unternehmen voranzutreiben und die beste Lösung für unsere internen Kund*innen zu identifizieren und implementieren. Hierbei priorisiere ich die technischen Aktivitäten innerhalb des Produkts und unterstütze die Überwachung des Backlogs. In diesem Umfeld habe ich zugleich die Chance mein Know-how zu erweitern und mich in der Zusammenarbeit mit Spezialist*innen kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln. 


Meine Aufgaben 

  • Anpassung neuer und bestehender HR Prozesse innerhalb der SAP-Systeme auf der Grundlage der Backlog-Anforderungen und der Priorisierung, 
  • Unterstützung und Beratung bei der Migration von Zeitwirtschaftsprozessen aus Nicht-SAP- Systemen in das SAP-Ökosystem unter Anwendung der vereinbarten Entwicklungsframeworks (RAP & CAP),
  • Begleitung der Migration von SAP HCM hinzu SAP H4S4 im Kontext „rise-with-SAP“,
  • Technische und funktionale Übersetzung der User Stories,
  • Sicherstellung einer aktuellen und transparenten IT-Dokumentation auf Basis von Confluence,
  • Überwachung und Analyse technischer Markttrends, um Lösungen auf neuestem Stand der Technik zu gewährleisten. 


Meine Kompetenzen 

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, eines verwandten Fachgebiets,
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der SAP HR Beratung innerhalb von SAP HCM (PY, PT, PA, OM),
  • Kenntnisse von SAP BTP und der Digitalisierung von HR-Prozessen auf Basis SAP Fiori,
  • Gutes Verständnis der agilen Denkweise und eines Produktbetriebsmodells,
  • Kenntnisse der Integrationstechnologien zwischen SAP-Modulen und zwischen SAP und SuccessFactors,
  • Gute Sprachkenntnisse: Englisch und Deutsch (C1).


Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil

  • Niederländisch oder Französisch sind ein Plus,
  • Erfahrung in der SAP HR-Beratung innerhalb von SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning usw.),
  • Kenntnisse von Cloud-Technologien (SAP Public und/oder Private Cloud).
