Mastering the Middle – Ich baue Brücken und sorge für einen reibungslosen Datenaustausch im SAP-Umfeld.
Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Ich überwache und verantworte die erfolgreiche Bereitstellung der SAP-Middleware-Lösungen. Dabei arbeite ich eng mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams zusammen, um Anforderungen zu definieren, Prioritäten zu setzen und sicherzustellen, dass die Informationen in unserem Unternehmen konsistent und aktuell sind. Hier werde ich Teil eines innovativen und dynamischen Product-Clusters.

   
Meine Aufgaben:

  • Übernahme der Rolle als technische*r Spezialist*in für alte und moderne Middleware-Lösungen, die innerhalb des SAP-Ökosystems angeboten werden,
  • Entwicklung, Formulierung und Kommunikation einer Vision für die SAP-Middleware bei der Elia Group, 
  • Entwicklung und Kommunikation der Produkt-Roadmap (Produktfunktionen, Priorisierung, Zeitpläne für die Veröffentlichung usw.) auf der Grundlage der Kundenbedürfnisse,
  • Anbahnung, Aufbau und Pflege von Kontakten zu (internen) Kunden und anderen relevanten Stakeholdern sowie Vertretung dieser Stakeholder innerhalb des eigenen Teams,
  • Erstellung, Aktualisierung und Pflege des Backlogs des Produktteams, Priorisierung der User Stories auf der Grundlage der Kundenbedürfnisse und Anforderungen der Stakeholder,
  • Sicherstellen, dass das Produkt die vordefinierten Qualitätsstandards erfüllt,
  • Durchführung von Tests und Überwachung der Produktleistung,
  • Koordination, Unterstützung und Kommunikation der Produktfreigaben und Sicherstellung, dass die richtigen Funktionen zur richtigen Zeit geliefert werden,
  • Teilnahme an agilen und produktbezogenen Zeremonien (einschließlich täglicher Stand-up-Meetings, Planungsmeetings, Sprint-Reviews und Retrospektiven usw.).


Mein Profil:

  • Hochschulabschluss in IT, Informatik, Wirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten Bereich,
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung als Product Owner*in, Product Manager*in oder in einer ähnlichen Funktion im Produktmanagement im IT-Bereich,
  • Sprachen: Deutsch (C2) und Englisch (C1).
  • SAP-bezogene Kenntnisse:
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im On-Premise PI/PO Umfeld sowie Erfahrung mit SAP Cloud Platform Integration / SAP BTP Integration Suite (SAP API Hub und Event Mesh),
  • Gute Kenntnisse von EDI und seiner technischen Umsetzung im SAP-Umfeld (ALE, IDOC, RFC, ODATA, SOAMANGER, SOAP, REST, SXMB, DRF*) sowie des Customizings von SAP SLD.
