Werde Teil des Teams Digitalisierung Systemführung und bringe dich bei der Durchführung von Projekten zur Umsetzung der Energiewende ein.


Deine Aufgaben:  

  • Du unterstützt uns bei der Abwicklung von Beschaffungsvorgängen (SAP),
  • Du übernimmst Aufgaben im Bereich Veranstaltungsorganisation,
  • Du unterstützt uns bei der Optimierung von Bestell- und Abrechnungsprozessen,
  • Du kümmerst dich um die Pflege und Strukturierung von Kommunikations- und 
    Ablagesystemen,
  • Du übernimmst vielfältige administrative Aufgaben, insbesondere im Umgang mit MS-Office Anwendungen oder im Screening-Prozess,
  • Du gestaltest aktiv Workshops oder Meetings mit.

  • Dein Studium engagiert verfolgst – unabhängig von deinem Studiengang, 
  • Dich durch eine sorgfältige und präzise Arbeitsweise auszeichnest, insbesondere bei der Datenerfassung, 
  • Dich durch Kommunikationsstärke und Problemlösungsfähigkeit hervorhebst, 
  • Deine Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft zur Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen in unser Team einbringen willst, 
  • Die gängigen MS-Office-Programme (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) beherrschst,
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und 
    Schrift aufweist.


Erste Vorkenntnisse in SAP oder in Projektmanagementtools sind kein Muss, machen Deine Bewerbung aber zusätzlich interessant für uns.
