Entwickle mit uns Schulungsmaterialien sowie diverse Foliensätze für die unternehmensweite Kommunikation und unterstütze agil arbeitende Product Owner bei ihren Aufgaben in der Produktorganisation. 


Deine Aufgaben: 

  • Du unterstützt Product Owner themenbezogen bei der Durchführung ihrer operativen Arbeit, 
  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für den Aufbau von E-Learning Materialien und das Durchführen von Schulungen,  
  • Du unterstützt die Product Teams bei der Anwendung agiler Methoden, 
  • Du erstellst Präsentationen, Berichte und Datenanalysen, 
  • Du unterstützt den Aufbau von Strukturen zur Steakholder- und Key-User-Kommunikation in der Produktorganisation. 


Wir stellen uns vor, dass du...

  • Dein fortgeschrittenes Bachelor- oder begonnenes Master-Studium in einer technischen oder kaufmännischen Fachrichtung engagiert verfolgst,
  • Eigeninitiative und analytisches Denken zeigst sowie Interesse an den energiewirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen hast, 
  • Dich durch Organisationstalent, Teamorientierung, eine selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Kommunikationsfähigkeit auszeichnest,
  • Die gängigen MS-Office-Programme (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) beherrschst,
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (C1/B2) in Wort und Schrift aufweist.


Erste Vorkenntnisse in Sprache/Programmiersprache/Projektmanagementtools etc. sind kein Muss, machen Deine Bewerbung aber zusätzlich interessant für uns.
