Your Role:
As an Asset Manager, you are responsible for the full management of overhead lines. You define strategies and guidelines to optimize their performance and extend their lifespan. You analyze incidents, maintenance data, and technical parameters, translating them into concrete improvements and action plans.
Your Responsibilities:
- Asset condition and lifecycle management: You monitor the state of the infrastructure and define operational limits and replacement strategies.
- Risk analysis and safety: You analyze incidents and identify risks to implement preventive measures.
- Maintenance and investment strategy: You develop policies for inspections, maintenance, and renewal projects.
- Implementing new technologies: You explore and develop innovative concepts such as Dynamic Line Rating.
- Budget management: You establish maintenance budgets and optimize costs while ensuring reliability and safety.
- Knowledge sharing: You share your expertise and support internal teams through training and coaching.
Your Profile
- Master’s degree in civil or industrial engineering (electromechanics, mechanics).
- Passion for technology and a strong analytical mindset.
- Ability to translate complex technical challenges into clear strategies.
- Proactive and results-driven approach.
- Team player who enjoys working with operational teams and stakeholders.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Good command of Dutch or French and fluency in English.
