Your role
As a Business Analyst, you will be at the heart of the digital transformation at Elia. You will steer innovation and lead important efficiency and quality improvements. You will embrace the challenge of supporting the energy transition and promoting renewable energy. You will be responsible for designing efficient business processes and translating various business needs into IT system specifications. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, users and IT partners. You will initiate transformations and challenge all the parties involved. You will develop and maintain pragmatic solutions designed to optimise business activities.
Specifically, your duties will be as follows:
• Impactful work: working with others on long-term visions in Field Operations and determining the role of Field Operations in the Assets department.
• Transformational leadership: business processes, harmonising between departments and promoting the digital evolution at Elia.
• Innovation catalyst: contributing to the simplification and digitalisation of administrative tasks of employees on site and encouraging impactful changes throughout the organisation.
• Progressive digital solutions: developing 'as-is' and 'to-be' processes, utilising advanced IT tools and facilitating seamless guidelines for optimal use.

Your Profile
• You have a Master's degree in a technical or economic field or equivalent experience.
• Experience: a minimum of two years as a business analyst, preferably in the management of business processes or the maintenance of industrial assets.
• Field Operations experience: a good knowledge of Field Operations/Field Service Management in general and Microsoft Dynamics FSM software (or the willingness to familiarise yourself with it) in particular.
• Certification: IREB-certified or willing to obtain IREB certification.
• Technical skills: experience with the Enterprise Architect tool would be an advantage.
• Passion & language skills: enthusiasm for the digital revolution, a strong interest in the electricity sector and fluent in Dutch, French and English.
• Analytical mindset: a very analytical, critical mindset and a problem-solving approach.
• Communication & flexibility: a skilled communicator with various stakeholders, excellent planning skills and the ability to work independently.
• Customer focus: a customer-focused approach to your work.
