Capacity Planning Officer
Function
As Capacity Planning Officer, you will assure keeping the workforce planning for the organisation up-to-date with the aim of helping to anticipate and adjust the risks and problems related to the planned evolution of the workforce. In doing so you will support the HRBP’s responsible for establishing and managing this planning.
You will be part of the HR BP office team and work closely with colleagues in the HR Data & Reporting team.
Your tasks will include:
- Completing and updating the required workforce data in the workforce planning tool so that it matches the master data in the integrated HR tool at all times.
- Ensuring the data quality of our integrated HR tool (Step Up).
- Mapping and monitoring supplied and missing data to ensure the efficiency of our recurrent processes.
- Managing and forecasting staff evolution. This includes:
- building an excellent knowledge of the company's structure and closely monitoring all changes that have an impact on staff planning;
- acquiring a thorough understanding of processes, such as recruitment and internal mobility and understand their impact on personnel planning;
- interpreting reports showing the state of workforce planning to assess future and current staffing needs. You are capable of formulating conclusions for the HR Business Partners based on existing data so that appropriate actions can be taken;
- developing targeted analyses of current service delivery and performance to ensure that suggestions for process improvement/service delivery are linked to optimised planning;
- preparing reports on which HR Business Partners can rely to advise management and recommend solutions for implementation. You will also be the first point of contact for the HR Reporting Team for developing and/or adjusting further reporting.
- Participating in the implementation of a new personnel planning system.

Your Profile
- You have a Bachelor degree, preferably in HR, business management or data management or in a similar domain
- You express yourself fluently in French & Dutch and have a good knowledge of English
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
- You enjoy working with data, are analytical and have an eye for detail
- You like to look for ways to make your analysis more efficient
- You are pragmatic and solution-oriented
- You are flexible and can work independently
- You have great communication skills
- You are an excellent communicator and a real team player
