Are you an organisational talent who enjoys working behind the scenes to make things run smoothly? Do you want to gain hands-on experience in campus recruitment, event coordination, and recruitment projects from the inside out? Then Elia has the ideal internship for you.

At Elia — Belgium’s high-voltage transmission system operator — we are actively recruiting future talent to help drive the energy transition. As an intern in our Talent Acquisition team, you’ll play a key role in supporting our campus recruitment initiatives and recruitment-related events and projects.

Function

What you’ll do

You’ll work closely with our team to support a range of activities that help us connect with students, graduates, and future colleagues:

 

Campus Recruitment & Events

 

  • Assist with the planning, coordination and on-site support of job fairs, campus events and school visits
  • Take care of practical arrangements: registrations, room bookings, catering, parking, badges, etc.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal ambassadors (Elia employees) joining events
  • Monitor and collect feedback post-events to help improve future initiatives
  •  

Recruitment Project Support

 

  • Help with the organisation and planning for recruitment-related projects and events
  • Support administrative tasks such as mailings, data sheets, communication material, ...
  • Assist in developing structured documentation and process improvements
  • Contribute ideas and input in brainstorming and planning meetings

Your Profile

  • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in HR, Communications, Event Management, or Business
  • You are well-organised and enjoy handling practical and logistical tasks
  • You work independently, take initiative, and enjoy being part of a team
  • You have good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
  • You are fluent in Dutch or French, and have a good working knowledge of English

You are comfortable using Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
