Junior Technical Sales Engineer
Function
Elia faces a major challenge: facilitating electrification.
As part of the energy transition, a significant increase in electricity consumption is expected, both from customers directly connected to the ELIA grid and from distribution system operators (Fluvius, ORES, RESA, Sibelga, etc.). Close collaboration with these distribution system operators in areas such as grid development, flexibility, and operational management is therefore crucial to successfully meet this challenge.

You will support the Key Account Manager and take the necessary actions to provide customers with the most accurate and timely responses (advice, information, action, etc.).
- Managing customer data:
You will ensure that customer files are complete and accurate, record the information in the appropriate systems, and forward it to the relevant departments.
