The P²MO now has a Knowledge & Competences Department. Its mission? To ensure that employees in the Infrastructure Division have the skills they need to face the division’s current and future challenges. The new department will work closely with the other departments in the Infrastructure Division (the internal customers), the Elia Academy (HR L&D) and Knowledge & Competences colleagues in other divisions. The department’s ultimate aim is to develop our competences so that we are able to respond effectively to what our business needs today and in the future.
You will work directly with your manager and be responsible for and provide expertise in the following domains:
- You will support the business in every aspect of learning and development. This will include analysing and challenging the need to develop competences and knowledge, identifying (other) target groups, establishing links with existing programmes, helping to elaborate on need and participating in intake with Elia Academy, etc.);
- Organising and being involved in the guidance of the Start-Up Academy, planning and guiding peer reviews, preparing the schedule for various activities and identifying training needs, etc. (from onboarding onwards);
- Centralised management of all knowledge and competence-related subjects and documents (documents, processes, framework, tools and training, etc.);
- Providing companies with relevant information and statistics about employees in the Infrastructure division and also proposing new reports;
- Helping the K&C Manager develop talents and new activities.
Your Profile
- You have experience of supporting the business with every aspect of learning and development, based on very close collaboration with the business;
- You have a Master’s degree (or equivalent) and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience;
- You have experience of project management;
- You know exactly how to handle internal and external stakeholders (outside Elia);
- You are very familiar with the technical activities of the Infrastructure division (a big part of the programme focuses on technical skills);
- You are good at preparing analyses, reports and statistics;
- You are customer-oriented and have excellent communication skills;
- You speak and understand Dutch and French well. English would be an advantage.
