In response to the challenges of decarbonization, digitalization, and innovation, the Assets department, responsible for the operational management of the electricity grid, must evolve to meet the demands of a rapidly changing world.

As a Project Leader Assets Transformation, you will play a decisive role in implementing innovation and digitalization projects. Your mission: turn strategic ambitions into operational realities to create a safer, smarter, and more sustainable electricity grid.

🚀 Lead projects that shape the future

 

  • Identify critical needs within the Assets department and structure projects that will have a tangible impact on tomorrow’s electricity grid. 
  • Define project timelines and manage budgets for strategic initiatives at the heart of the energy transition. 
  • Mobilize multidisciplinary teams to achieve ambitious objectives. 

 

💡 Accelerate the digitalization of the grid 

 

  • Implement innovation projects with IT and business teams to make our operations smarter and more connected. 
  • Develop strategic solutions with solid business cases to support decision-making. 

 

🔧 Support teams through change 

 

  • Develop communication and training plans to ensure every employee plays an active role in this transformation. 
  • Ensure smooth coordination with interdependent projects to maximize impact. 

 

🤝 Unite and collaborate with key stakeholders 

 

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams (Assets, IT), business partners, unions, and other stakeholders. 
  • Turn transformation into a collective journey driven by collaboration and trust. 

Your profile: a catalyst for change

 

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on digitalization and IT. 
  • You possess excellent skills in project management, change management, and stakeholder management. 
  • You know how to motivate and unite teams around shared objectives. 
  • You have an affinity for digitalization, business analysis, and project methodologies (Scrum Agile, Prince2, PMP). 
  • You are bilingual in French and Dutch, with a good command of English. 
  • Flexible, autonomous, and solution-oriented, you are ready to take on strategic challenges. 

Offer

 

  • Salary: a competitive salary package, allowance for representation expenses, year-end bonus, double vacation pay, meal vouchers (€8 per working day), eco-vouchers, sport & culture vouchers, bonuses based on individual and group results.  
  • Insurance: group insurance, hospitalisation insurance, ambulant care insurance for the whole family and also personal accident insurance.  
  • Vacation: You will be entitled to 20 vacation days and 5 additional vacation days, 6 local days, 4 exempt days (after 1 year of employment) and up to 5 long-service days (1 day for every 3 years in employment).  
  • Social fund: Year-end vouchers, birth and marriage allowance. We will also cover part of the cost of glasses, a dental prosthesis or similar needs.  
  • Communication: you will be given an iPhone, a phone subscription (for work and private use) and a laptop with internet reimbursement.  
  • Private PC plan: once every 3 years, a budget will be made available to you for a PC/tablet with software & peripherals for personal use.  
  • Discounts: you will enjoy a 30% discount on your gas and electricity bill.  
  • Mobility: we will offer you a company car and public transport or a mobility budget.  
  • Elia shares: Elia will give you the opportunity to subscribe to shares with a discount of 16.66% on the average share price.
