As a Project Leader – Digital Transformation & Data Innovation, you will be the driving force behind this transformation. 

 

Your mission

 

  • Lead and execute high-impact digitalization projects that will revolutionize how we manage critical asset and system data. 
  • Working within the Asset & System Data team, you will ensure the successful data management of essential applications, including our central Energy Management System, Network Calculation Systems and Master Data Applications.

Your Key Responsibilities 

 

  • Lead strategic projects focused on digital transformation and data-driven decision-making within the Assets Department. 
  • Define business requirements, project planning, and budget while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. 
  • Oversee the end-to-end procurement process for external software solutions, collaborating closely with IT teams. 
  • Build and lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring strong collaboration between IT experts, business stakeholders, and external partners. 
  • Ensure effective change management, including communication, impact analysis, and training strategies. 
  • Drive engaging and results-oriented Steering Committees, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders. 
  • Deliver clear, structured reporting to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged. 
  • Develop strong business cases to support strategic decision-making. 

Your Profile: A Catalyst for Change

 

We’re looking for a visionary and results-driven project manager who thrives in a fast-changing environment. 

 

  • Master’s degree in a scientific or technical field. 
  • 5+ years of experience in IT or data-driven program/project management.
  • Experience as a business analyst or business architect is a strong plus. 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, from technical experts to C-level executives. 
  • Ability to navigate complex, rapidly evolving environments with agility and resilience. 
  • Experience working in both waterfall and agile project environments. 
  • Knowledge of the energy sector is a plus, but a willingness to develop expertise is key. 
  • Affinity with digitalization, business analysis, change management, and IT.
  • Experience with Scrum Agile, PRINCE2, PMP methodologies or the SAFE Agile Framework is a strong asset.
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English. 
  • Proactive, flexible, and passionate about driving transformation. 
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills to motivate teams and drive impactful change.
