Elia Group is at the forefront of the energy transition in Europe. As transmission system operators (TSOs) in Belgium (Elia) and Germany (50Hertz), our mission is to realize the climate ambitions of the European Green Deal. Elia Group is therefore accelerating its investment program. We are preparing our on- and offshore grid infrastructure for the integration of large volumes of renewable generation to electrify our society in a sustainable way.  

 

To maintain a reliable and efficient electricity system in this rapidly changing context, we are also pursuing an ambitious digital transformation strategy and are investing heavily in digital solutions. 

 

 Are you a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager looking to make a substantial impact in a company's digital transformation? If so, we are looking for you. 

 

In this pivotal role, you will facilitate the evolution of our Digital Journey and drive the transition to a product-based operating model. You will be based in our international team in Brussels, actively influencing the digital transformation of our organization. Reporting to the Head of Transformation Execution, you will play a key role in shaping our digital transformation journey.

 

 
Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead and manage digital transformation projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with Elia Group’s strategy. 
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive project objectives and foster collaboration. 
  • Coordinate project tasks, manage timelines, and oversee project delivery using agile methodologies. 
  • Implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth organizational transitions and minimize resistance. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tackle digital transformation challenges and ensure project success. 
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project goals, progress, and outcomes. 
  • Actively shape and develop internal processes 

Your Profile

 

  • A minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in a similar role especially familiar with Digital Transformation. 
  • Familiarity with product operating model formats, including Spotify model. 
  • Strong understanding and experience in implementing agile practices. 
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills. 
  • Strategic thinker capable of resolving issues in a complex environment. 
  • Curious and proactive mindset with strong analytical skills and a results-driven approach. 
  • Ideally organizational development skills  
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  • Agile, or Scrum Master certification is a plus. 
  • Fluent in English. Knowledge of German, French or Dutch is beneficial.

Location

Emperor - Keizerslaan (close to Central Station) + willingness to travel to Berlin depending on business needs + remote work.
