Sub-Chapter Lead Business Analysts
Function
You would like to be part of the energy transition as a Sub-Chapter Lead in order to boost the efficiency of business decisions through targeted process optimisation and data analyses.

Your tasks
- Strategic alignment: implementing the sub-chapter goals in accordance with the vision and strategy.
- Point of contact: working with the Chapter Lead and stakeholders to manage demand and capacity.
- Managerial responsibility: leading and developing the team and evaluating its performance.
- Best practices and exchange of knowledge: fostering continuous improvement and standardisation.
- Analysis of business requirements, operations and data: optimising processes and conducting analyses to support business decisions and digitalisation led by the product team.
- Training and workshops: planning and holding training courses to develop skills.
- Talent acquisition and staff management: recruiting, hiring and motivating the team.
- Stakeholder management: forging and maintaining customer and stakeholder relationships.
Your Profile
- Degree in economics, industrial engineering, business informatics, computer science or similar
- Relevant experience as a business analyst
- Initial sound experience in disciplinary management
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and German
Desirable but not prerequisites:
- Knowledge of or certification in ArchiMate, BPMN and UML
- Experience with agile working methods in product teams, corresponding certification (e.g. Agile Certified Professional, Certified Scrum Master)
