Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Transformation Performance Manager to lead the establishment and management of governance and processes for digital & business transformation performance initiatives across the entire enterprise (ETB) level. This role focuses on consolidating business and digital transformation objectives, ensuring comprehensive status reporting, and providing strategic recommendations to drive transformation performance.
Your tasks will include (and will not be limited to)
- Governance and Process Development
- Establish a framework for digital & business transformation objectives and related KPIs within ETB from C-level strategy to operational level of business teams ensuring a unified approach across the organization
- Develop and implement governance frameworks and performance management processes to execute digital maturity assessment of digital initiatives against set digital KPIs
- Consolidation and assessment of the transversal coherency between digital and business transformation initiatives.
- Ensure the integration of digital maturity assessment processes within the organization's strategic objectives.
- Support and challenge the Tier 1 program managers in the development of their OKRs from transformation perspective and facilitate the ABR/QBR sessions.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting
- With support from PMO (project management officer), collect, analyze and report on digital transformation KPIs and portfolio inputs to provide a comprehensive view of transformation progress and performance
- Collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Business Architects, Chapters and Tier 1 Program Managers to align initiatives and track progress
- Execute transformation performance process and data analysis to identify key metrics, possible bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Manage the development of dashboards and reporting via a performance management system
- Give a status report, in collaboration with Portfolio Managers, to transformation teams, ExCo/BoD on ETB-wide digital transformation based on business and digital KPIs inputs, including:
- Risk management analysis and monitoring of risk factors
- Provision of recommendations and development of improvement/mitigation measures
- Establishment of a roadmap for actionable steps to optimize transformation performance
- Identification of new areas where performance should be tracked
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to identify and ensure alignment
- Work closely with all transformation bodies within ETB and all relevant ETB/Elia Group stakeholders on performance (e.g. Group Strategy, Group Controlling…)
- Elaborate communication documents explaining the concept of transformation performance management based on international best practices and experiences
Your Profile
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial or Civil Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in managing digital and business transformation projects
- Experience in transformation performance management and process improvement (lean, Six Sigma…)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in KPI management and performance reporting
- Proficiency in using performance management systems and digital transformation tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Strategic thinker with a strong ability to provide actionable recommendations and drive innovation
- Knowledge of the TSO business is an asset
- Master at least one of the national languages (FR/NL) and be fluent in English
