UX/UI Designer
Function
Within Elia Group’s division for Digitalization, IT & Innovation (Division D), we have recently implemented a product organization as a new operating model to complement our classical project-oriented way of working. Division D offers a series of chapters specialized according to expertise areas in which the primary goal is to offer highly qualified resources towards the different projects and products.
The UX Chapter ensures that the energy transition is a success by focusing on the human aspect in the inevitable digital transformation. This chapter gathers profiles such as UX Researchers, UX and UI Designers who are very close to the product teams to bring more cooperation, trust, cohesion, meaning and continuous learning.
We are looking for a UX/UI Designer that will be part of a team working in Scrum Agile mode to take up the digitalization of our services.
Expertise in the different disciplines of UX design is inevitable, as we require an interface between the end-users and the development team. The UX/UI Designers are expected to gather and share their findings with the project team. The successful candidate will evidence a passion for delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UX design problems by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technologies.
