  • Attending certain internal meetings, in consultation with project managers, in order to identify the permits needed for the completion of projects and to ensure their planning and the completeness of applications.

  • Attending certain internal meetings and taking part in certain initiatives, in consultation with the Permits & Property South Manager, in order to identify internal alignments and work towards improving them with a view to achieving more optimal and efficient submission of permit modifications and thus ensure the completeness of these applications and ensure they comply with urban planning and environmental requirements in the long term.

  • Managing and updating databases relating to the various authorisations/permits: guaranteeing the content of the information, making documents available on the department's server, classifying and archiving these documents (permits, official letters, agreements, etc.) so that the information is available to the entire team and other departments concerned
